BRFA Edible Oasis Workshop #1
Bendigo Regional Food Alliance presents the Edible Oasis in a Box Project! The BRFA Edible Oasis in a Box Project has launched! Please join us in planting an ‘Edible Oasis Box’ with ‘The Good Loaf’ as custodians and to learn some new, or share your food gardening skills! When: Saturday March 18 2017, 11am – 1pm Where: Out the front of the Good Loaf – 404 Hargreaves Street, Bendigo The Edible Oasis in a Box Project is all about helping Bendigo grow and share healthy food – learn how easy it is to grow food and learn more about the benefits of wicking boxes! BRFA – Monthly Community Food Swap Stall
The Bendigo Regional Food Alliance are at the monthly Bendigo Community Farmers Market (second Saturday of the month) with a community Food Swap Stall! Bring along your excess produce to swap with some local produce, seedlings, seeds or recipes! Come and visit us from 8am-1pm!
Food assistance Monday-Friday, 9am-2.30pm Breakfast Egg and Bacon Brekkie Thursday, 8.15am-9am $1.00 donation or volunteer ½ hour to assist and your brekkie is FREE Lunch Tuesday, noon $2.00 donation Dinner Tuesday, 6pm $2.00 donation

4 week healthy cooking classes that teach you how to cook quick, fresh and simple meals.

Delicious sourdough loaves that are highly nutritious, 100% additive and preservative free, come from the ovens of Bendigo’s only authentic sourdough bakery
Provides local quality fruit, vegetables and deli items to people on Bendigo’s south-east fringe. Edwards produce is, where possible, purchased directly from the farm gate and seasonal.

The Dietetics and Nutrition department has over 15 staff and provides services to the acute and sub-acute inpatients, residential services and across a range of community programs.
